Does the device need WiFi to listen to music?

Yes. The Naki Pulse, Pulse Max and Bolt need WiFi to stream kosher content and receive updates. The Naki Auto uses a data plan instead of WiFi. Every device keeps its security intact — no hotspot, no internet browsing and no unapproved downloads.

Can I use headphones instead of the speaker?

Absolutely. Naki devices fully support wired headphones for private listening whenever you need it.

Is Naki compatible with Bluetooth speakers?

The Naki Bolt can be used as a source for Bluetooth speakers. The Naki Pulse and Pulse Max do not support Bluetooth-out. All devices support Bluetooth-in for receiving audio from external devices.

Can I use Naki in my car?

Naki Auto gives the best car experience, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, GPS navigation via Waze and Google Maps, plus hands-free calling. The Naki Go app is an alternative and supports Android Auto — CarPlay support is coming soon.

How do I control what content is available on my devices?

On the Naki Portal, when logged into your account, each selection has a colored dot in the top right corner. Clicking a selection toggles between Red (Disabled) and Green (Enabled). An orange dot means additional selections are available inside.

Content access settings sync across all your devices for a seamless experience. Downtime settings do not sync automatically — they are set individually for each device.

The Naki Portal, accessed online, lets parents manage account settings, subscriptions, filters and profiles. The Naki Go app on your phone is another way to access and listen to Naki content.

Yes. You can set downtime through parental controls to prevent late-night or excessive use. The device cannot be turned on during a restricted time period.
